He is a NYC native and Manhattan expert with extensive knowledge of the options and offerings of the different neighborhoods. Jeandy was born and raised in Washington Heights where he still lives, and previously worked at NYU Langone Medical Center as a medical secretary, demonstrating his hospitality and service expertise. Prior to that he worked in retail sales in various industries.

Jeandy is fluent in Spanish and English, loves to read and write, enjoys all sports including swimming, basketball, bike riding, baseball and football, and likes to train at the gym. He is presently obtaining a Business Administration degree at BMCC, plus is in pursuit of an Economics Master's degree at Baruch College.
