Jason Carrasquillo was raised by New Yorkers and has been one himself for over 14 years. He has lived in six different neighborhoods from Hell's Kitchen to Bay Ridge and experienced every type of apartment and living situation from pre-war to post, from no fee to co-op. He's even had roommates. His real-life experiences in the trenches of the New York City real estate market have made him an invaluable broker to his clients who have come to rely on his first-hand knowledge of the variables that impact the price of a home and how hard he will fight to get them the best value for their dollar.

Described by friends and family as incredibly patient and as someone who never loses his cool, no matter how tense the circumstances get, Jason is a tremendous asset to his clients. He uses a consultative approach and is committed to complete transparency with his clients.

Jason has many interests, from art and design to blockchain technology and the stock market, that make him relatable to anyone. He is eternally curious about new things and easily connects to others. He has recently developed a passion for nutrition and has been a vegan for 2 ½ years.



When Jason is not assisting his clients he loves to explore the city and tap into its energy. He loves that it is a walking city, conducent to physical activity and vitality. He has found unique qualities in all of the neighborhoods he has lived in but especially loves the East Village and Greenwich Village because of their rich storied history in the arts.
