Jas works hard to find her clients a new home that makes them happy. "My job is to make your search for that special new home a much easier process, and to provide the best customer service possible. Moving is not easy, so the more stress I can take off of you, the better," she says.
Jas specializes in rentals in Upper Manhattan, and is open to working in other neighborhoods and areas of NYC for sales. Having lived in the city since the age of 12, in most of the boroughs, she has an intimate knowledge of the vibe of the different communities and what each has to offer in terms of housing and amenities.
Her first entry into real estate was in 2010 for a few years, and Jas couldn't help but later return to the field she loves. She also worked in admin for Columbia University and Columbia University Medical Center as well as other companies, honing her keen organizational and problem solving skills.
As a Registered Nurse, with a Nursing Degree from Medgar Evers College in Brooklyn, NY, Jas has a natural flair for helping others, empathizing with what they need, and figuring out how to best serve them. Her outgoing, friendly personality and get-it-done attitude are among many reasons why clients trust and enjoy working with her.
Born in Kansas City, MO, Jas was raised in the Southwest and then Brooklyn. She currently lives in Washington Heights, Upper Manhattan. In free time you'll find her doing her favorite things that include running/going to the gym, traveling, singing, and watching a good movie. Jas also likes volunteering for the criminal justice reform and advocacy organization, The Kalief Browder Foundation.
