Prior to joining Bold New York, Jake Ruby studied Sports Management at Flagler college in sunny Saint Augustine, Florida.

Born and raised in NY, Jake was intrigued by the Real Estate Industry early in life when his parents were busy flipping houses. When Jake returned home to New York, it was with the single mindedness that he was going to start his Real Estate career early and that there would be big things in store for him.

Jake has the can do attitude and is a dedicated listener, and just an incredibly likeable person - this gives him a winning advantage and a competitive edge over his competitors when it comes to negotiating, buying, selling or leasing property.
