A downtown girl, Ivana has lived amongst the Italian gelaterias and unique coffee shops of Soho and Greenwich Village. In the past decade, she found her home in the very heart of Financial District, making the most of the neighborhood's breathtaking views, upscale restaurants, and friendly atmosphere.
In addition to working as a music educator and an international Jazz singer and composer, Ivana has extensive experience as an interior designer and conceptual photographer, designing a series of unique interior and commercial concepts that merged decor, photography, and visual marketing.
Real estate consulting was always a part of her design projects, and she was drawn to the industry's endless possibilities. Dedicated and inventive, she enjoys combining her creative expertise with her passion for working with people in her career as an agent, helping her clients find their dream and make it happen. Having had a global upbringing and career, she is also especially qualified to interact with people from all walks of life and create a bridge between their unique desires and the practical realities of the market. She embraces every obstacle with honesty and loyalty, using kindness, communication, and hard work to guide her clients in painting a beautiful future.
In her free time, Ivana makes music and visual art to escape into a creative cloud. When she is not performing on jazz stages around the world, she is composing on her piano, writing poetry, creating fairytale photography, and collaging her interior design ideas. She also daydreams about revisiting the enchanting worlds of Italy and Greece and road trips with her husband. Gelato is her favorite dessert, and she loves sharing it with her rescue dog Gary on long walks around their neighborhood.
Ivana is fluent in Serbian and Swedish, and she has basic knowledge of Italian, Spanish, and ex-Yugoslavian and Nordic languages.
