Ismail (Ish) hails from India and moved to the US back in 1991 at the tender age of 13. After settling in the Bronx of NY with his 10 (ten!) siblings, Ish attended DeWitt Clinton High School and Lehman College and studied Health Services Administration. Since then, Ish has held an array of administrative, management and sales positions, in various fields such as the arts, food, government, healthcare, retail and software.
Today, based out of lower Westchester and the Bronx, Ish is a Licensed Real Estate Associate Broker with eXp Realty, with a precision focus on providing a "WOW" client experience, by being honest and reliable, by being current with industry news and trends and most importantly by keeping clients' interests above all else. If he simply takes care of the client, Ish believes, then everything else will fall into place. With similar passion and dedication, Ish also leads a vibrant team of realtors at the Team of Experts at eXp Realty.
Teaching and sharing what he has learned is another of Ish's passions. He is a Licensed Real Estate Instructor and has been teaching real estate classes since 2017.
When not working in real estate, Ish loves to spend time with his family and friends in the great outdoors, from camping to white-water rafting to long drives and going to the movies. Travel is another one of Ish's passions and he has been to numerous countries across the globe. Ish's dream is to retire one day soon and travel the world while helping less fortunate communities, perhaps by teaching English classes or helping build houses along the way.
