Searching for a place like home is no easy task. Born and raised between Manhattan and Brooklyn - Huiqi exhibits expertise on New York City neighborhoods and clientele needs. As a previous appraisal and marketing assistant at an appraisal/construction firm and with experience as a non-profit representative, the qualities she believes are non-negotiable for her clients are effective communication, superior organization skills, professionalism, honesty, and empathy.

She has a passion for people and real estate so when she's not helping people look for homes at Highline Residential, she is assisting a commercial building property manager, located in Midtown, with lease packages and space showings.

Prior to joining Highline, she completed a B.S. in Business Operations and a B.A. in Environmental Design, Planning, and Policy at Stony Brook University. During her free time, she likes to go on hikes Upstate, ride her bike along Belt Parkway, have brunch with friends, and listen to podcasts (some of her favorites include "Bigger Pockets" and "Reset with Liz Tran")
