Hamzy grew up around real estate with his father an investor in commercial property while building and selling his businesses. He has always had a passion for the industry, and ultimately translated his broad-based experience in business management, hospitality, customer service and sales into the role of a full-time agent.
A graduate NYC's Berkeley College with a BBA in Business Management, Hamzy managed multiple locations of his family's commercial retail businesses. He then took a step forward into real estate as a Property Manager managing multiple properties in Brooklyn, NY, as well as a commercial property in Manhattan's Lower East Side in Manhattan. From there Hamzy integrated his managerial experience into the role of account manager selling business services like ATMs and credit card processing machines. He more recently worked for Wall Street Trading, Inc., an investor relations firm specializing in marketing and promoting small cap companies and finding investors to maximize their potential. Maximizing one's asset to its fullest potential is his goal, and is what he specializes in.
Born and raised in Brooklyn, where he has always lived, Hamzy focuses on rentals and sales in Brooklyn and Manhattan. Clients find him to be polite, accommodating, courteous and chivalrous. Fluent in English and Arabic, Hamzy loves sports and watching the news to get up-to-date knowledge on market trends and the economy. He has also given time as all his life to helping kids to senior citizens.
