Within this time she has successfully represented sellers and buyers in all types of Residential real estate transactions including brownstones, condos, co-ops, investment and rental properties. Erica also has extensive experience in Commercial leasing transactions.
While a student at the New York City College of Technology, majoring in Marketing Management and Sales and working part time in retail, Erica was discovered by a high-fashion designer's assistant which led to a 20-year career as a model. Her modeling career gave Erica the opportunity to travel the world, experiencing enriched cultures and solidifying her independence.
