"Efforts in, results out" is Eric Storch's real estate philosophy and approach to his clients' business. Specializing in Manhattan sales and rentals, particularly in the downtown neighborhoods, he is committed to staying up to date on market data and trends, to simplify what is inherently one of the largest financial investments and personal decisions a person will make.
"I work fast and focused, and communicate with my clients every step of the way," says Eric, who has lived in multiple residences in Brooklyn and Manhattan. This enables him to put himself in his clients' shoes and understand how best to help them with buying or renting their new home in the most pragmatic way. Making the process a great experience from start to finish is his motivation, and main goal.
"I currently reside in a beautiful duplex with a private backyard two blocks from the L train in East Williamsburg, and before that, lived in Union Square across the way from Strand Books. I know and appreciate the uniqueness of NYC's different neighborhoods and lifestyles, and take pride in being able to efficiently match clients to the home and location that suits them best."
Prepared, passionate and professional, Eric gained valuable hands-on business, customer service and interpersonal experience in the hospitality industry, and in visitor services for a New York Museum. As always, he does everything with an eye for his clients' needs, and a drive to succeed in meeting them.
Born and raised on Long Island, Eric received a B.A. degree in Business Administration from Adelphi University with a primary focus on Marketing and Advertising. He speaks conversational Hebrew, and volunteers in the biking community teaching kids and adults to ride bikes as part of Bike New York. Eric is an avid health enthusiast, plus enjoys screenwriting in his spare time.
