When she found us a building that we really liked but didn’t have any available apartments with the layout we were looking for, Eileen stayed on top of upcoming vacancies for us. She kept us informed and touched base consistently over several weeks until she was finally able to reach out with the good news that our desired unit had become available. She called us first thing that morning to arrange a virtual tour, ahead of a scheduled second viewing by another interested party, and worked with the leasing agent of the building to ensure the apartment would be taken off the market if we could manage to get our application in within a couple hours. And that’s exactly what we did! Now, thanks to Eileen, we are enjoying a one-of-a-kind NYC apartment with fantastic amenities and outstanding Central Park views.
