Ever since David's first job at a New Jersey sporting goods store owned by his father and grandfather, he has treated every transaction with the enthusiasm, diligence, and prudence he would take if he himself were the customer. David's family sold their business and relocated to rural Virginia, and despite how much he enjoyed visiting that area he decided to stay in the New York area and worked with a building contractor for some time. Here he learned the difference between high and low quality construction, and was enthusiastic about every project he worked on. He treated each project with the same care and diligence he would if he were building his own home. After a while, he rejoined the retail sales world as a mattress and bedding salesperson, and learned the importance of listening to his customers and truly understanding their needs and desires. David was enthusiastic with every one of his customers because mattresses, like real estate, actually are large purchases that people don't make very often. His customers would often refer their friends and family because of his sincerity and thoroughness, as well as his ability to turn a lamented purchase into a truly rewarding one.

Looking for greater challenges, David moved on to selling major household appliances, which were more involved and complex, and now to real estate, which encompasses all of his previous experiences. When David isn't working you can most likely find him near the Hudson River or along the Atlantic Ocean enjoying a good novel and a fresh cup of coffee.
