As a natural problem solver, David is able to take on any challenge and find its solution. He works tirelessly to achieve his clients' real estate goals and refuses to give up no matter the obstacle. He is also very personable and while he is working behind the scenes, he is extremely adept at keeping his clients calm and making the process as stress free as possible. His background in software engineering and bartending has provided David with the perfect combination of problem solving and people skills. He loves interacting with his clients and building lasting relationships with them but is also laser focused and always on-task.
Originally from Ukraine, David has lived in Brooklyn all his life. He can assist his clients with any neighborhood in the city as well as Astoria and Long Island City,  and currently calls the Upper East Side home. Despite living here for so long, he still loves the endless possibilities that any day can bring.
