When I was apartment hunting from another state, she did a virtual showing over FaceTime and measured the dimensions of all the rooms for me so I could determine if my furniture would fit. She also took the time to talk to me for a while over the phone to help me brainstorm the pros and cons of a one vs two year lease. We had to rent an apartment during Covid and while we were out of town. What could have been a nightmare scenario went so smoothly with Susan. She listened to our requirements, presented several options (but didn't overwhelm us with choices just for the sake of choices), and guided us through the rental process. Susan helped my roommate and I find the best Apartment! I’m not going to lie we really didn’t want to pay a fee, but after looking for weeks we found Susan who took us on one tour to see about 4 apartments. They were all decent, but the fourth one was so dope and of course a fee apartment. She didn’t charge us 15% she gave us a reduced fee but in the end we would have paid 15% because our new spot is better than anything we could have found on our own. We highly recommend her! She knows about spots other agents don’t and she made the process super easy.
