Words will inevitably fall short of describing the quality, professionalism, and tact Susan exudes as a real estate agent. She is organized, overly communicative, and has your best interests at heart. She brings value to the table in ways I've not experienced with other broker's--specifically in the form of a google sheet that lays out apartment options, tracking yes's/no's/maybe's as well as videos/floor plans in a clear and digestible manner (much better than sending links in an iMessage group chat!). It is beyond clear her aim is to find you your dream home and maintain a relationship with her clients. I could not recommend Susan enough :)

Susan is a pleasure to work with! She’s personable, a great communicator, and has your best interests in mind. When I was apartment hunting from another state, she did a virtual showing over FaceTime and measured the dimensions of all the rooms for me so I could determine if my furniture would fit. She also took the time to talk to me for a while over the phone to help me brainstorm the pros and cons of a one vs two year lease. Ultimately I adored the apartment Susan helped me to obtain, and I’m still living here 3 years later! Highly recommend Susan if you are looking for a fabulous broker in the NYC area.

We had to rent an apartment during Covid and while we were out of town. What could have been a nightmare scenario went so smoothly with Susan. She listened to our requirements, presented several options (but didn't overwhelm us with choices just for the sake of choices), and guided us through the rental process. I would certainly use her services in the future and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to family and friends.

Susan was very helpful in finding an apartment! although the initial listing I contacted her about did not work for me, she went out of her way to show me numerous different listings and did not give up until she found us a perfect place! Susan helped my roommate and I find the best Apartment! I’m not going to lie we really didn’t want to pay a fee, but after looking for weeks we found Susan who took us on one tour to see about 4 apartments. They were all decent, but the fourth one was so dope and of course a fee apartment. She didn’t charge us 15% she gave us a reduced fee but in the end we would have paid 15% because our new spot is better than anything we could have found on our own. We highly recommend her! She knows about spots other agents don’t and she made the process super easy.
