Deja Laguerre became motivated to be a real estate agent while looking for her own home to rent. She did not feel like she was getting the service that every client deserves. She has a background in sales at Time Warner, two years selling cable service and working 5 years in customer service. Deja has an Associates Degree in accounting and continues for her bachelor's degree in science and accounting finished in  Spring of 2023. Her customer service experience includes working in call centers assisting people with account problems in the health care industry, cable services and the hotel industry.
