Deborah S. Hildreth is founder and CEO of Global Realty Opportunities LLC, headquartered in New York City, New York.
Born and raised the daughter of a Kentucky real estate developer, Deborah S. Hildreth, has real estate in her blood. A graduate of The University of Kentucky Deborah moved to New York City during the eighties. After a short stint at J. I. Sopher & Co. Inc., Deborah recognized the need for a new kind of real estate company, one that set itself apart from its competitors with an innovative approach to the business, while at the same time being dedicated to giving personalized service while building long term relationships with customers and clients.
In 1989, Deborah founded Empire State Properties, a residential investment firm specializing in the sale and lease of luxury condominiums throughout Manhattan creating a niche in furnished short-term and long-term housing. Shortly thereafter, she was appointed by the Board of Managers to become the exclusive on-site sales agent for Executive Plaza Condominium, a 445-unit luxury condominium consisting predominantly of investors. Responding to clients growing investment needs, Deborah, as President & CEO, expanded Empire's platform of services to include property management, design, and renovation services making Empire the perfect single source solution for knowledgeable investors.
In 1995, she formed Empire State Properties " Downtown," which she grew into the largest brokerage agency in BPC, with two retail locations. With over two decades of experience and a proven track record, many major developers, like Moinian Group and Lefrak, sought out her services, labeling her a "Power Broker", due to her forward thinking and innovative approach to each project producing record breaking yields and results.
In 2009, she sold Empire State Properties to pursue her vision for a lean innovative commercial real estate firm that would provide investment solutions and advisory services to its clients and formed GRO - Global Really Opportunities, LLC. Driven by her tenacity and dedication to source ideal investment solutions for her clients, she attributes GRO's success to building an international team of real estate professionals possessing integrity, visionary thinking, and commitment to producing ideal solutions for our clients.
As CEO and President of GRO Deborah Hildreth represents both buyers and sellers in all asset classes of commercial properties throughout Manhattan. Currently, she is focusing on the acquisition and disposition of off-market hotels located throughout the United States.
Deborah is a member of (REBNY) the Real Estate Board of New York, a member (NAR) National Association of Realtors, a member of (CHPA) Corporate Housing Providers of America, and a member of Kappa Alpha Theta.
