Although she expected to return to Connecticut upon graduation, 25 years later, she can't imagine living anywhere but Brooklyn. For Dawn, Brooklyn is a very special place, with neighborhoods that evolve but in the same sense never really change. Buildings, whether old or new, in historic or rediscovered areas, from BedStuy to Sheepshead Bay, are local gems packed full of character.
Dawn is a licensed architect who has worked in building, project management, and real estate for over 20 years. She is experienced in helping her clients find their space and make it their home. Dawn's background allows her to see possibilities where others see obstacles, she walks you through the process and teaches you how to be an informed consumer. With her background in design and architecture, her expertise can assist you whether you're deciding to purchase a "fixer-upper", create a cozy space out of a plain white box, or advise a seller on how best to refresh their tired house to maximize profits, she will guide you smoothly through the process.
Dawn has traveled extensively, she loves sailing and playing outdoors. When she's not exploring Brooklyn, she can often be found at her home in the Catskills, entertaining family, friends and her fat cat, Dumpling Darling.
