Although new to the real estate industry, David has shown great passion and has been very successful in helping his clients find the perfect apartments. Coming to New York City by way of Baltimore, Maryland, David brings his southern charm with hardworking East Coast hustle to Home New York. An entrepreneur as a freshmen in high school where he started a DJ business, he went to Towson University and obtained a bachelors degree in Mass Communications. After working at a marketing company after graduating college and continuing to run his DJ business, a chance meeting in Los Angeles on a vacation gave him the confidence and drive to get out of Maryland and make the move to New York City. He attended and graduated from New York University with a Masters in Music Business while also DJing full time in NYC to help support himself through graduate school. As he DJed around the city while getting acquainted with NYC, he realized that his social skills and love for helping others was what truly inspired him. Using the business skills from college and his DJ business along with his experience in hospitality, David decided to parlay them into a career in real estate and that bet has paid off BIG. There is no other agent that truly understands their client's wants and needs while relating their lifestyle choices to their living situation than David.

David is still very active in music, as he continues to DJ around Manhattan at various clubs and bars. Going to concerts and festivals in and around the city is also something that he loves to do in his spare time. David is also an avid sports fan and you can always find him rooting on his hometown teams, The Washington Redskins and Baltimore Orioles. He enjoys the rivalry and camaraderie when his teams play the various NY sports teams. Finally, living in Manhattan has provided David with a new found respect and love for food, as his friends and family continue to show him new tastes that are opening his mind and taste-buds unlike ever before
