In 2016, Charlie launched the "Love the Way You Live" brand to further expand the reach of his mission to change the landscape of people's lives beyond real estate. Charlie broke barriers and made lasting impressions for big brands as an executive for Digitas, the global digital marketing agency, and Founder/CEO of Mindshock, a strategy + branding agency.
Charlie's community and philanthropic involvement currently includes; a Member of the Trustee Candidate Identification Advisory Council (TCIAC) for Howard University. Co-Chair of the Upper Manhattan Committee for the Real Estate Board of NY. He was the Past President of The Howard University Alumni Association (HUAA) overseeing 86,000 alumni, Regional Chair of the NE Region, and President of the Howard University Alumni Club of Greater NY. An Honoree of the 2020 Ones to Watch Awards. Charlie is a former board member of the Ronald K. Brown - Evidence Dance Company and Brooklyn Community Services. He holds a BBA degree in Finance from The Howard University and a MBA from the University of Texas at Austin, and a degree in world affairs and human nature from his extensive travel to over 58 countries and 6 continents.
