Carli Iannotto Reilly
Agent Profile
Carli grew up in Williamsburg, Brooklyn back when it wasn't exactly the chic, desirable destination it is today. She later spent some time living and working in the Financial District in Manhattan, but returned to Williamsburg where she now happily resides. Career-wise, Carli has spent more than a decade at Citi Habitats, the city's leading brand in the sales, rentals and new development markets. She became a full-service agent in 2007, then a manager on the Upper West Side, where she was awarded Manager of the Year in 2011 and Office of the Year in 2013. In 2015, Carli moved to the Williamsburg office, bringing her back full circle. She presently serves as a non-competing Senior Managing Director at the nearby Greenpoint office, and is happy to keep it in the neighborhood she deeply knows and loves. Carli's days are spent recruiting and training new agents, helping experienced agents reach new levels, and finding new ways to grow the office presence in the area to be the local broker everyone wants to work with. Her focus is always on maintaining a great working environment, making sure her agents are successful and achieve their professional goals. Her management approach is described as very proactive, organized and hands-on. I am highly accessible and engaged, and stay a step ahead of my agents, constantly thinking of ways to help expand their business. Prior to real estate Carli worked in administration for the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene. She studied Business Management at Baruch College, and Fashion Merchandising at Fashion Institute of Technology. In addition to spending her time being immersed in New York real estate, Carli can be found on the court or field, schooling friends and family in basketball or softball. The native and lifelong city resident is married with two sons, and loves taking advantage of everything at her doorstep restaurants, parks, shops and transportation. There's simply no other place to be!
