Burton aims to satisfy his customer's needs exactly and quickly. He is attentive to their requests, diligent in providing efficient and thorough information regarding listings, incredibly knowledgeable about the market. An active listener, Burton is able to sift through and determine how to prioritize a customer's wish list. He is passionate about leading his customers to their goal of finding or selling a home and takes great pride in providing the best service possible.
Before transitioning into real estate, Burton worked as a customer service manager in NYC theater on and off-Broadway. Through these roles he managed numerous aspects of retail, food, beverage, ticketing, financial accounting, event management and event marketing. These experiences helped him master the demands of customer service by meeting and exceeding expectations. It also taught him how to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Originally from the Pocono Mountains of northeastern Pennsylvania, Burton attended The New School in NYC. He currently lives in Brooklyn, in a neighborhood that he prizes for its quiet residential streets, restaurants and bars. When not assisting his clients, he enjoys baseball, physical fitness, working with mutual aid groups, theater and film.
