Bryan Williams real estate clients wonder how it is he has such keen initiation about their needs. One even asked him, How did you know what Id like just from a phone call? Its simple: Bryan asks the right questions, knows the market inside out, and has a get-it-done, no-nonsense attitude when it comes to fulfilling his clients needs.

Having rented and sold many properties from Harlem to the Villages and Financial District, Bryan has also built relationships with many loyal clients along the way. He knows that every neighborhood has its unique charm and appeal, and that every individual has a different set of priorities.

A New Jersey native, Bryan moved to New York to be in show business in 1990 and fell instantly in love with the city. Ten years later, he fell in love with real estate. While working as an actor/comedian, he was approached one night after his performance by the manager of a real estate firm who told him, youd make a great real estate agent. Bryan never looked back. He began his career in rentals in 2001, and quickly excelled to develop a thriving business. He subsequently joined Prudential Douglas Elliman in 2005 and performed an impressive number of sales and rental transactions. He also helped establish and manage the firms Harlem office before working at his current location, Midtown.

Though he works all over Manhattan, Bryan is 20-year Upper East Side resident who is proud to serve 50% of his business right in his own neighborhood.
