Brigette was responsive and honest. Many realtors are painful to deal with Brigette was quite pleasant. She helped me find an apartment in Kips Bay in Manhattan. We'd been looking for 3 months before that! We also renewed on the place when we had the chance. Leaving negotiation skills blank since we did not do any negotiating.
