He is always available and willing to assist in any capacity, whether to provide information, organize showings, evaluate properties, answer questions or negotiate deals.
Brendan honed his exceptional customer service skills over nearly 20 years in the hospitality industry. He most recently owned and operated a live music venue/sports bar in Park Slope, Brooklyn for a decade. Armed with a mind for business and a healthy work ethic, Brendan enthusiastically serves his clients, paying keen attention to every detail so they feel good about their transaction, and transition to their new home.
A New York native from Long Island, Brendan lived in Charlotte, North Carolina for many years then moved back in NYC in 2009. He graduated from East Carolina University with Bachelor of Science degrees in both Criminal Justice and Business Finance. He resides in Bay Ridge, and specializes in rentals and sales in all areas of Brooklyn.
When not catering to his clients and showing properties, Brendan loves staying active through hiking and snowboarding. He also likes relaxing at the beach, loves the outdoors, and hanging out with his Mini-Dachshund, Rupert.
