As first time renters in New York City, we needed an agent that knew the real estate business well and that had the patience to walk us through the process of renting an apartment step by step. To make things even more complicated than renting in NYC already is, we had a tight deadline and needed to find a place within a small window of time. Brady was awesome. He collected apartments that met our criteria and was always enthusiastic to show us new places. We felt like he really cared about finding us a home and went out of his way to ensure we met our deadline.
