When Bill Maxcy isn't blowing his whistle as the gym teacher at PS 8 in Brooklyn Heights he is working hard to find people like yourself their ideal home built with love and dreams.  Being a teacher provided him with the time necessary to expand on his opportunities and ambitions.  Before becoming a licensed real estate agent with NY Casa Group he worked on a number of specialized web based real estate projects created by former CEO of Realtor.com Allan Dalton and current CEO of Better Homes Realty Larry Vecchio.  He acquired an MA in Technology in 2000 and developed MaxcyMedia a company that specialized in designing websites for small businesses.  Realizing change was in the air for web design he sold his business in 2005 and became an Ambassador to Education for Walden University.  Bill was one of the top ambassadors for Walden University conducting over thirty marketing seminars and recruiting over one hundred prospective students.  
Although his experiences have been diverse PS 8 has been his permanent home for the past eighteen years.  He has been a thread in the fabric of change for the PS 8 community. In the turnaround of PS 8 twelve years ago Bill held the title of magnet grant coordinator running PS 8's one million dollar federal magnet grant.  Over the span of his education career he was also the curriculum advisor for the YMCA, the Bradley Beach Summer Camp Director and the Director of PS 8's after school program called Kids Cre8.  Bill currently resides in New Jersey with his wife and two children and is looking forward to a promising and extensive career in real estate.
