He researches all comparables, prepares a thorough market analysis to establish fair market value, then educates his client through the process. Specializing in all of Manhattan, Benjamin has lived in many neighborhoods, but currently calls Harlem home. Clients appreciate his honesty, promptness and attention to detail, which truly sets him apart.
Originally from Louisville, Kentucky, Benjamin obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Point Park University, majoring in Musical Theater. He has acted professionally for many years, with extensive appearances in television, commercials, print, Off-Broadway and tours. Benjamin loves selling real estate and meeting new people. Traveling, reading, and seeing theater are his some of his favorite things do in his free time.
