Ben comes to us from the garment center of NY where negotiating long-term showroom leases peaked his interest. The experience gained from these years has been proven in our dealings with brokers, lawyers and management companies throughout the city.
His experience in development and renovations extends Ben's guidance with everything from securing permits, purchasing tile, to installing soundproof windows. The most important responsibility of all is to make sure the client is happy with every last detail.
When asked "Do you like what you do?" Ben immediately replied "It's a great feeling when you see someone's face at the very the moment they realize I'M HOME! The Level Group and the City of New York allow me to have that moment several times per month."
Knowing that the home searching experience can be tiresome and time consuming, Ben believes in taking the hassle away from his client.
