Arthur spent much of his time growing up in the office of his father's design & contracting business, where he came to appreciate the variety of needs people have when looking for a home. He aims to bring that same level of individualized service to those seeking a home in Brooklyn, where he has lived for the past six years. During college he worked as a pedicab driver in Manhattan, where he met and served a broad range of interesting people. Through pedicabbing and cargo-trike deliveries in both Manhattan and Brooklyn, he came to know many neighborhoods like the back of his hand. He is
