Artak was born in Yerevan, Armenia and immigrated to New York in 1999. As an entrepreneur he worked with many corporate clients from big and well known firms such as Deloitte and Touche, Willkie Farr & Gallagher, Sullivan & Cromwell and many others. These early experiences in New York taught him the importance of working quickly and efficiently for his clients. A natural born problem solver and natural negotiator, Artak is a great advocate for his real estate clients.
He is also passionate about New York and has spent a great deal of time experiencing the city. This awareness has become an essential part of Artak's success in real estate. He has incredible neighborhood knowledge and an extensive understanding of the apartment inventory in the city. As a result, he is able to quickly, efficiently and effectively work on behalf of his clients who are looking for a home or who may be looking for the ideal buyer for a property.
Being exposed to many cultures such as Russian, European, Middle Eastern, etc., and being fluent in Armenian and Russian has always given him an advantage in communicating with diverse population of the New York City. Artak's relaxed demeanor, industry knowledge and extensive referral based business have allowed him to develop deep connections with landlords throughout the city. Several have listed their apartment buildings exclusively with him for rent.
