Because each client's best interests are truly her top priority, it makes sense that her genuine dedication shines through in all her dealings. "Full-service relationships don't end after the transaction," Anya believes. "While working together, I provide my clients with a thorough education and up-to-date analysis of properties so they can understand their options clearly. After the deal is done, I keep in close communication so that when their needs change, or if they have any questions, they know I am always here to help."
Half Russian and French, Anya has lived in New Hampshire, Napa Valley in California, Moscow, Belgium, New Jersey and Manhattan at Columbus Circle and in Hell's Kitchen. She attended the Kent School in Connecticut for high school, then graduated from Fordham University at Lincoln Center with a degree in International Studies. Prior to pursuing her longtime interest in real estate, Anya worked in sales plus did some fashion modeling.
Even when she's not out with clients or previewing properties, Anya stays constantly abreast of the real estate market by reading and attending broker seminars. "You should never stop learning!," she says. Anya also cultivates the strong relationships she has with various management companies, leasing agents and landlords to benefit her customers, affording her access to exclusive inventory and the opportunity to negotiate the best terms.
Personally, Anya loves going out to trendy spots and great restaurants in the city. She also enjoys the arts, museums, galleries, ballet (which she danced for 10 years), tennis, skiing, reading and traveling.
