Allen was great to work with. Every apartment that we saw, he was able to still get a reduction in price unlike any of the other agents that I worked with. Allen made our process from Nashville EXTREMELY easy. I couldn’t have asked for a smoother transition from Nashville. Moving to NYC is a huge move from anywhere, and it requires a lot. So, to have someone that makes it so effortless was truly a blessing & I would recommend Allen to anyone and will not use another person going forward.
