Alan's approach to real estate is based on one simple rule: To advise every client as if they were a family member or close friend.

His goal is to always provide the best information based on his experience, and on what he believes would ultimately serve his clients in the most beneficial way possible. "In a business which I feel isn't always the most scrupulous, I strive to protect my client's interests first. I would never offer advice I would not take myself; nor would I put my client in a situation I would not feel comfortable in. That's how I live my life, and conduct my business. Fortunately, there is room to build a great career, in the honest way."

Alan had the good fortune of working directly with one of the top agents in the industry for a number of years. He absorbed that knowledge, made it his own, and has cultivated close working relationships with many of his peers. The insight and experience he attained is passed along to his grateful clients. Above all, Alan considers himself a lifelong learner, and continually seeks to learn more in order to educate his clients.

On a personal level, Alan seeks constant growth in every way possible as well. He graduated with a degree in Finance, and enjoys writing in his spare time. He is currently authoring a book and writing a personal blog.
