Tynia is a real estate agent full of passion and dedicated to getting the job done. She handles transactions just as she handles her day-to-day life; with empathy, knowledge, and honesty. She is a people person and has utilized this strength to build strategic relationships; amassing an impressive network of real estate professionals to give her clients the best service she can. Tynia is also a sub-landlord in Astoria, so she knows what it's like for both sides (landlord and tenant). With this, she always aims to strike a fair balance for both parties in a transaction.
She also has a great love for home decor and started her own company of handmade decorative pillows, Queen Conquers. This venture familiarized her with the world of design and led her to becoming a real estate agent.
Prior to her career in real estate, Tynia was the International Relations Coordinator for one of the biggest companies in music, BMI. A billion-dollar company, she was the point person for building and sustaining relationships with their hundreds of international partners and growing the company's foreign revenue. She also worked with many of today's biggest artists and made it her mission to help get them all royalties earned. She left the music industry with an amazing reputation and because of this, she maintains a niche market of contacts.
Tynia graduated from St. John's University with her bachelor's degree in Business Management. Since she is very driven and hungry for success, she spends most of her free time reading, researching, or watching interviews of people she aspires to be like. She values quality time with close friends and loves live music. She also has a passion for great food at cool or beautiful restaurants. She is a regular at many restaurants all over Queens and is always happy to put people on to new restaurants.
