A prime Williamsburg apartment is available. You can have the option of one of three bedrooms individually or the entire place to yourself. Both of my roommates due to COVID have had to leave and I am relocating in the winter so am looking for 2-3 individuals to take over our loft-style 3 Bedroom 2 Bathroom home in Williamsburg for August 31st/September 1st (can be flexible). One of the rooms has its own private bathroom and balcony. The other bathroom is shared depending on the living situation. The bedrooms can come furnished as needed, just let us know.
The building has a furnish rooftop, laundry in building, a virtual doorman, bike storage and central heating/AC. Utilities are not included but range from 100-150 each month depending on your set up.
