Finding an apartment in NYC is extremely stressful and different from any other place in the country. I highly recommend Suzanne as a a broker, not only because she is efficient and effective, but also because she's a great communicator who's passionate about the culture and community of downtown Manhattan. Since we were looking at a very popular time, e were initially very worried about housing, but Suzanne was able to find us a 4 different studios, all within our budget and our specifications regarding size and location- and only after an evening of communicating. She's smart and friendly and in-the-know about NY real estate. She really understands the spirit of each of the neighbourhoods and is great at communicating each of their quirks and personalities.
