I am a physician working in Manhattan, and currently renting a unit at the Greenpoint high rise in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. I recently signed on to a new job out of state and will have to leave my building end of June. I am looking for a tenant to take over the last 4 months of my lease (from July through October). The management of the building can work with the new tenant to sign a separate lease for the 4 months maintaining my rental rate I got when I first signed my lease during the peak of the pandemic in 2020.
