After a few years of grinding, he changed course to focus on real estate and entrepreneurship and obtained his real estate license in 2015 and began working for global real estate firm Re/max, slowly transitioning from part time to full time work. Nick has purchased multiple properties including his apartment in Riverdale and a highly successful Airbnb/Vrbo investment property, which he manages along with his wife Cayleigh.
