Montel graduated from Keiser University in Florida and has over 14 years experience as a residential and commercial title agent and  also has over 5 years experience as a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson working both in residential & commercial sales with over $500 MM in closed transactions combined. He always possesses a "can-do attitude" and feels that his greatest asset is the ability to relate to his customer's needs and wants. He is an honest professional that will not only work hard to find any property, but will also always try to educate his customer about the ever-changing market by providing information to help them make sound decisions. His ability to understand the market and exceed his customer's expectations even under pressure is his strong suit. Whether working for a seller, buyer or renter, he will always work hard for his customer to sell, buy or lease their home along with providing quality service with a smile. When he's not pursuing his passion of real estate, he enjoys the Arts, attending sporting events, a meal at one of Manhattan's many fine restaurants, watching movies, working out, or playing basketball and golf as much as he can. He also has a passion for curing childhood cancer and breast cancer and donates his time to the American Cancer Society and annually participates in "Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk" yearly in various parts of the country
