Kiran is hard-working, empathetic, and genuinely invested in helping clients secure their next home. Known for his easy-going disposition, Kiran never pushes his own interests on others, ensuring instead that every client feels heard and understood. Kiran's own experience moving seven times, across the five boroughs, has inspired him to help others on their journey. He enjoys the process of apartment hunting, and the satisfaction that comes with finding the "right" place. At the same time, he very much understands the stressors involved, and strives to keep his clients feeling relaxed, well-informed, and in control of their own real estate journey.
Originally from Johannesburg, South Africa, Kiran came to New York City to study writing at Fordham University Lincoln Center. In his free time he also writes and performs music, and has come to deeply appreciate this very international, accommodating city, where everyone can follow their own interests, and make their own kind of life for themselves.
