We met Gio to see a listing on the Upper East side, NYC. He had so many excellent choices. We instantly signed the lease after viewing the apartment because we were in love with it. He advised us throughout the process and was really helpful with everything. He expertly responded to all of our questions and concerns. He gave us a wonderful apartment in the Upper East Side with a patio, which is really rare. Gio is an exceptional broker and an amazing person, therefore I heartily recommend him.

Gio made the very complicated process of finding and renting an apartment so much better. He was available every time I texted, which was morning, day and night for about four days. I Would definitely suggest him to anyone. Many agents we met, I would not recommend. He met us with 30 minutes notice to see a place. He pointed out good things in the apartment and knew the specifics of the market and how this place measured up in price and size. He was encouraging but not pushy at all. He kept us on task getting all the paperwork in. When a computer glitch happened in the building owner’s online payment system, Gio got to the root of the problem. He suggested a great rental insurance company that was required. He really knows real estate and how to work with people and get the lease signed!
