In addition to being a Real Estate agent servicing clients in New York, Garrett is also a real estate investor, investing in his hometown market of Tulsa, Oklahoma with his wholesaling company Lawson Real Estate Investments. His own experiences as a real estate client have helped him solidify who he wants to be for his clients: someone who listens to what they want and then is a bulldog about finding that property and negotiating the best deal for them. He makes sure he is accessible and keeps his clients informed about his strategy and the progress he is making in order to achieve their real estate goals. Before working at BOND, Garrett was a real estate agent with Ideal Properties in Brooklyn, NY. Prior to becoming a Real Estate agent, he owned and operated Brooklynhits.com an internet radio station whose mission it was to serve the local community by providing affordable advertising to locally owned and operated businesses while playing "Music that makes you feel good- Hits of the 70's, 80's, 90', and Today." In addition to his career in Real Estate, he has been a professional actor since 2008 and has had the pleasure of performing all over the world.
In all of his previous careers he has had to "eat what he kills" which means unless he went out and earned a commission or made a sale or booked a role, he didn't make money. This has made him very tenacious and cultivated a strong self-discipline to work towards his goals. These qualities translate to Real Estate because If he doesn't find his clients their dream property, he doesn't earn a commission which makes him very motivated to deliver the best service and product to them.
When Garrett is not working for his clients, he likes to spend time with his wife Lindsay and 3-year-old son Jett exploring the city. He lives in Midtown East and is invigorated by the energy of the city. In his free time, he also loves going to the theater and playing the guitar and piano.
