Ellie did an amazing job. The first apartment she showed us in NYC was the one we ended up signing for, so we saved a lot of time in that aspect. She was excellent and professional, showed up on time for viewing and follow-up appointments. She helped us connect with the building regarding maintenance issues, was very communicative and responsive and over all a gem to work with. Highly recommend!

Ellie was incredible! She showed me all of the units available in the building, even ones I didn’t see listed online. This helped a lot especially in this competitive market. Ellie helped me sign my lease with a rental apt, she did a great job showing me the apt and the building. She was very warm and welcoming all along! She went above and beyond to brainstorm the setup scenarios in the studio, assisted me with the showing a couple times, and was very responsive and participating with the entire process!

The NYC market moves so fast, I was worried I'd find the perfect place and not be able to snag it. Ellie is so responsive and on top of the process, she was ready with the next step immediately at every turn. Before the viewing, she had already collected all of my documents so they would be on file to proceed if I liked the space in person. Top notch service and the lease was signed within 48 business hours of first reaching out to inquire about the place!
