I specialize in residential sales and rentals in many Manhattan neighborhoods including Chelsea, Garment District, Times Square, Midtown West and the Upper West Side, as well as all of Queens. As a Queens, NY native, raised in Sunnyside, I have insider knowledge of city living. I fell in love with real estate while helping her parents buy their first home and became familiar with loans, credit reports, appraisals, insurance, etc.; then later coordinated the refinance and rented out their second-floor apartment.
As a graduate of Queens College, CUNY, I received a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and had a rewarding career in social work. I advocated for seniors and assisted them in obtaining Meals-on-Wheels and homecare services in locations throughout Manhattan. The goal was to always listen to the client's needs and to guide them throughout the whole process of obtaining services.
I speak Spanish and like playing volleyball in my free time. I'm also involved in volunteer events around the city, from soup kitchens to fundraiser walks, to adopting a Santa letter every year to fulfill a child's request for gifts.
I am always eager to find the best solution for my clients' needs and to build lasting relationships. Patience, professionalism and trust are extremely important to me.
