I built myself up during the college years working in restaurants, offices and sales which helped contribute to my customer care and to become the agent I am today.
My humble beginnings in a Mexican household have helped to forge a stronger mental fortitude when it comes to work ethic. From working in restaurants to working in sales, customer service has always been my comfort zone.
