This wonderfully welcoming home features a Queen-sized bedroom, sun-soaked windows, deep closets, handsome hardwood floors, and a large living room that can fit your L-Shaped couch, TV, coffee table, bookshelves, and more. The open kitchen offers granite countertops, big stove, full-sized fridge, and custom cabinetries for tidy storage. This building is on a fourth-floor walk-up of a well-maintained building, complete with an intercom to welcome all your deliveries.
This part of Chinatown is considered as one of the most convenient section of the city as it is a 5-minute radius from 4 subway lines (the yellow, green, brown, and orange). Mott & Canal is right next to Little Italy, super short distance to the iconic Soho, Noho, Nolita, FiDi, St. Marks, Pace, and NYU! A block away from Columbus Park. Surrounded by plenty of delicious restaurants, bars, cafes, bubble tea places, and shopping, some of my favorites are Bayard Sushi, Teado, Tiger Sugar, Aji Ichiban, Chinatown Ice Cream Factory, and Di Palo for normal days, and Juku and Domodomo for fancy days.
