DESCRIPTION
The second floor of Greene Street is an exquisite and authentic 2,900 square foot, 3 bed and 3.5 bath floor-through loft residence, with a private elevator entrance and nearly 14' ceilings. Pre-war details such as roman columns, exposed brick walls, decorative metal sliding fire barn door and 8" wide solid white oak floors pair well with a modern keyless fob which ensures a contactless entry experience. Over-sized land-marked replicated oak windows are complete with brass pulley system and alloyed weights (allowing to operate with amazing ease). Some of the features of this loft are: Valcucine Italian custom kitchen, state-of-the-art appliances of Sub-Zero Professional Refrigeration, Gaggenau Oven, Miele Cook Tops, Miele Dishwasher, Bosch washer and dryer and multiple zoned controlled central AC and heat throughout. The primary bedroom suite is complete with walk-in dressing rooms, Restoration Hardware vanities, Waterworks Henry brass fixtures and honed white marble slab floors and walls. Second and third bathrooms are complete with Herringbone design white marble floors, custom vanities and Kohler Pinstripe Pure fixtures.

Greene Street a landmark example of cast-iron Soho loft architecture. In its day cast iron was referred to as modern urban architecture-the hallmark of new architecture. These buildings still exude their original grandeur as architectural masterpieces. Residents of Greene Street also enjoy access to a full time superintendent.
