Brain was amazing helping us find our new home in Chelsea. He is tireless, professional and dependable and I have to add…patient. There was a lot of red tape that we had to get through in order to rent in my building and Brian walked us through everything. I highly recommend Brian to anyone looking to rent or buy in NYC!!

Brian was awesome and amazing! My wife contacted him on a Sunday morning to see a couple of apartments later that same day. He went above and beyond to get us in to see them. They were not exactly what we were looking for and he knew exactly what we wanted and contacted us a couple of hours later with what he thought was the perfect place for us. He was right and we decided that same day to move ahead with the apartment after deciding just an hour earlier to Move ahead with another one we had seen a day earlier.
