DESCRIPTION
At the heart of Lenox Hill, you can find anything from a shoemaker to hardware store or fast food chain to 5-star restaurants. The lobby speaks for itself with classy chandeliers, three sets of elevators, as well as 24-hour doormen and concierge services. This building also offers common outdoor space, a garage, health club, laundry, and roof deck.
This unit sits right in between E63rd and E64th overlooking 2nd Ave and that is exactly what you'll see when looking out the large window bringing in an abundance of natural light. Should there be a need to flex this unit, a bookcase wall is allowable, if not, enjoy the huge living room and arrange your entertainment systems to your liking. The kitchen has its own nook filled with all white appliances, grey speckled countertops, marble floor and white Formica cabinets. Out of the kitchen, turn to your second left and find the bathroom and bedroom. The full bathroom includes all fixtures topped with a medicine cabinet with beveled mirrors and sliding shower doors. Similar to the living room, the bedroom gets much natural light from the large window within. Gas, heat & water included.

UPPER EAST SIDE
The Upper East Side has a reputation of wealth and opulence.
Once home to the wealthiest New Yorkers (like the Kennedys, the
Roosevelts, and the Rockefellers), the UES is filled with ornate
and beautiful buildings. Today, the Upper East Side is still
considered one of the more expensive neighborhoods, however, in
recent years, it has begun to see younger arrivals (people in their
20s and 30s) who are finding better deals up north, away from the
Lower East Side and/or hip Williamsburg.
With the completion of the 2nd Avenue train, the neighborhood is
only becoming more accessible to everyone as previously the only
train servicing the UEW was the 4,5,6 on Lexington Avenue. Even
better, the further east you go, the cheaper the apartments get.
All this is only adding on to the interest from renters who no
longer have to commute for as long to get to the area.
The Upper East Side contains some smaller neighborhoods such as
Yorkville, Lenox Hill, Carnegie…
