DESCRIPTION
VACCINATED!   Psssst, while this apartment is fantastic - let me tell you a bit of a secret:  since listings open and close by the minute, the most straightforward way to get the freshest listings and find the apartment of your dreams is to work through a NO FEE and reliable real estate specialist (all 5 star reviews, google Sam Sundaram!).  Brooklyn?  Manhattan?  Since I have a car and tons of patience how about we take the time to explore all of your options, wherever that is.   With over 10 years of experience I'd be happy to tackle any situation, with the experience to get your app approved fast.    Call or text 347-470-4792 with your needs and I'll write back within 2 hours with the freshest NO FEE listings that fit your need, including apartments that are even too new to advertise- nothing like first dibs!

Very well priced 2 bedroom  charmer located on 14th Street off of 2nd Ave.  Since we both know that this price range is usually reserved for those Alphabet City Ave D hole in the walls I'll keep this description brief - wouldn't want to you to lose this steal while I pontificate multiple ways to say "this apartment won't last."

Once the most vibrant art scene in NYC, it remains a trendy neighborhood to the avant-garde while also boasting a much more polished edge, complete with luxury condos, franchised coffee shops, and plenty of lunch spots.

Fun Facts and History of East Village

Until the early 1960s, the East Village was just the northern tip of the Lower East Side, largely occupied by German and Ukrainian working class immigrants. However, the Beat movement made its roots in the East Village in the 1950's and paved the way for the influx of the counterculture scene of the 60s.

Since then, the art scene of the East Village exploded with series like Andy Warhol's…
